Born from real-world frustration with outdated vetting processes in the security industry.

Our Story

We built what the industry was missing

Instant Check was born out of necessity. Running businesses in the security industry, we employ around 800 staff on a monthly basis. With the high, fast turnover that comes with the security industry, we needed a vetting solution that could keep up.

The problem was simple: the existing vetting companies couldn't deliver at the speed we needed. There wasn't a single provider who could vet on your behalf affordably, and there was nothing on the market that gave you the software to vet in-house while keeping full control of the process.

So we decided to build it ourselves. Our IT company, Aberdeen Technologies, built the platform from the ground up, while our operational team on the ground consulted with our screening team every step of the way. This collaboration between tech and real-world operations is what makes Instant Check different. We made sure the system works the way vetting actually works, not how software companies think it should.
